The cms calculator doesn't factor in if you been awarded half shared holidays. So how do I work out what i owe using the calculator and factor in shared holidays?

hi,

yes it seems thats how the system is and you would just enter the average number of nights you have the kids each week, per year.

the CMS shared care bands:

A: 52 to  103 nights

B: 104 to 155 nights

C: 156 to 174 nights

D: 175 nights or more

hi,

in theory if you have the children majority of time, then yes you could claim CMS from your ex. it can get complicated, and messy if you don't have a court order.
