Hi Gents,
Need some advice as I always assumed no maintenance on 50/50 court order well long story short my 9 year old moved into mine Sept 2023 after my ex mental health plummeted and on 22nd Aug 2024 we went to court when she was deemed fit parent and got a court order than states "Child will live with the applicant Father and the respondent mother under a Shared Live with order on alternating weeks.Includes pick ups will start from end of School 3.15pm(Monday to Monday Schedule) surley this is Equal day to day proof so no CMS liability
October 2024 My ex applies for CMS to my shock and even puts I do no overnights or even any Shared care will she succeed in getting anything, if its of any advantage I do get Child Benefit aswell ?

you need to send as much evidence to CMS as possible to prove equal day care.
send court order, child benefit proof, evidence of you taking child to doctors appointments, purchasing clothing, uniform receipts etc.
