Hi Guys
New to the forum.
After my marriage broke down, I left my PAYE job and started my own Ltd company. CMS advised I wasn't to pay anything as had no clue of my earnings at that stage. First tax return on my Ltd company due in May.
Had a really successful start to the business, but had to buy a larger house for my lads (2 boys), my new girlfriend and her 2 kids. (The house needs a loft conversion to make it work for us as a family etc). Really extended myself.
I'm terrified that I am going to be financially crippled. Ex Wife doesn't need the money, she received 70% of the proceeds of our marital home (despite contributing nothing towards it), she went to Dubai this year with her new boyfriend, has her own self employed business and bought a new car etc.
Want to protect myself financially as much as possible.
Any ideas/recommendation of any accountant who can assist please.
Thanks all
Hi,
I do not know of any accountants, but this CMS support group is very useful: https://facebook.com/groups/239699060076601/
