Hi,

Was just wandering whether someone could explain what benefits are taken into consideration for NRP under new CMS?
I understand child benefit and tax credits are considered under CSA2 but what about CMS?

Do you mean the benefits that would affect whether you pay based on income or pay a flat rate?

If so, take a look at this (which I had conveniently to hand as I am discussing this with another dad) - https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/325219/how-we-work-out-child-maintenance.pdf

- pages 23 and 24 tell you which benefits qualify you for the flat rate.
