CMA are real joke. Finally after going through the whole complaints system and finally ending up at (ICE) Independent Case Examiner. They are going to issue me a full apologie and pay my costs on ICE instruction . .
However this no way takes away the pain and suffering they have caused me and my family over the last 9 months, allowing my ex to manipulate our children
There has got to be something done about the agency, as there must be thousands of divested life's. Resident and non-resident parents and children they effect and most wont take the matter further.
I have always thought wrong of Dads that walk away from there child/children but this whole process has made me change my mine. I know that its not always the case but if Dads do have go through the same issues I have the CMA basically helping the other party alienate the children I understand why most just give up.
Hear, hear....
I have experienced the same situation with the CMA and how there working directions (or practices if you will) have encouraged Parental Alienation.
I am now in the process of moving to a long-term contracting job in the middle east and having done with the Child Care legislative process in this country.
If I do not see my kids anyway, why continue to live a life of abject poverty whereby I will never be able to afford to comfortably house my 3 kids even if I do get them.

**By the way... before the Moral Police latch on, I fully intend to continue to pay what I consider to be a reasonable about towards maintenance**
I don't think referring to 'Moral Police' is very fair Jastix, we understand that many of our members have difficulties in this area & nobody had accused you of anything.
