Hello,
Up to now I have paid Child support to my daughters mother every month - my daughter will be 14 next year.
I received a text message from the CSA stating my payment from December will be just £29. I currently pay considerably more !
I called the CSA to query and they have told me that my ex has passed away ... obviously a massage shock !
My question is ..... how do I pay ... do I need to pay ?
unfortunately I have no way of contacting my daughter or her grandparents that I assume my daughter is now with ?
thanks in advance
I would check again with the CSA on how to pay, otherwise I assume you continue to pay into the existing bank account and let the bank deal with where it is to go.
I would also assume that your daughter's grandmother could put a claim in to CMS for maintenance from you, so I would possibly put the money you are saving into a separate account just in case.
