Hi,
I had my annual review recently and to my surprise my payments were unchanged, even though I had had a pay increase since the original assessment. On my annual review it states that because my income has not changed by >25% there is no change. But all CMS people I have spoken to told me the 25% limit only applied to changes in income in between the annual review period, and that at the point of annual review a new calculation would be completed based on latest P60. Has anyone else had an annual review recently that was less than 25% different to original, and if so did your payments change?
Any help appreciated.

Hi here
I think you're right, here's a link to the CMS leaflet about the Annual Review
...Ive moved your thread into the Child Maintenance section, hopefully it will get more of a response. 🙂
Thanks for the reply, do you mean I am right in thinking my payments should have changed, even though my salary has not increased by >25%?
That's how I read it, but if you have queried it with CMS directly and they are saying that their review findings are correct I don't know what else you could do about it. I would ask them to confirm their new calculation is correct and put it in writing, they are known for getting it wrong and then coming back with a bill for arrears!
