Hi, I've recently lost my job so may need to briefly pause paying CMS, me and the mother are not on good terms (one night stand during Covid), but she immediately went through CMS. She knows I own a property (I live in it, not rental), does she have any entitlement to it as I know she'll attempt to seek gains if so.

I suggest you contact CMS asap and tell them you lost your job. CMS would not take into account the home you live in.
Law sites state: The default position is that unmarried partners have no rights to each other's property
