Hi.  I am currently going through a child support case. My question is would child support for 2021 be based off of my income for 2020 and 2022 off of 2021? Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Are you in UK? If so thr child maintenance services will go off your latest available tax year records. So if their reviewing your income next month, if your latest tax year record found is 2022- april 2023, that is what they would use to calculate maintenance.
