Hi There,
.
If your son is out of full time education and is working full time then you shouldn't need to pay any more, but it would depend on whether your ex has been honest and cancelled the child benifit, if she is still claiming it then you would need to continue to pay until she stops, bear in mind that when a child finishes full time education then the child benifit will usually continue until much later in the year before it stops.
.
If you aren't paying through CSA or CMS then you should be able to just stop paying and if you ex wanted to go through CMS (which all new cases now go through) then she would need to show he is still in education
