I pay child maintenance direct from source and would like to know if it will be increased if I occassionally do overtime.
Also, my ex-wife of 6 years has a partner living with her, so might that affect my payments?
On another matter and I don't know if anyone out there can help me, but my name is still on my ex-wife's mortgage, despite my name being removed from the deeds. She will not remove me, so I am left without being able to move on and get a mortgage for myself.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi There,

I have moved this post to finance as it's better suited here.

As far as I am aware, your payments will stay as what ever CSA set them too unless your ex (or yourself) ask for a re calculation to be made. You ex having someone else living with her won't effect what you pay as this is worked out on your wage only.

With regards to the mortgage unfortunately she is under no obligation to remove you from the mortgage and the mortgage company won't be overly helpful either as if they have 2 names tied to it, they have 2 people to chase for any possible missed payments should they occur.
