My 16yr old does not attend an apprenticeship nor dies he attend college. He only stays at home doind nothing. Is my cms finished?
Hi,
This largely depends if your ex is still receiving child benefit for him. If she still is then you would be expected to carry on paying maintenance. You could make enquiries with CMS and child benefit office.
Child Maintenance is supposed to stop when child leaves/finishes fulltime education.
