Have you spoken to a lawyer in Poland? It might also be worth having a word with your Embassy and see if they can offer any solutions.

Yes I spoko with polish lawyer and they only said to me if we live in UK this court has jurisdiction to stop this but no-one know which UK court is good for this .They also send me to REMO unit and CMA so I just wait for reply now
