I've had a private arrangement for child maintenance with my ex for over 10 years. My child is due to leave 6th form in June following her A-level exams and is planning on going into an apprenticeship. So from reading up I know I don't have to pay child maintenance when she goes into an apprenticeship but I'm unsure when my child maintenance payments should stop. Either at the end of her final exam (June) or the end of the educational year (August)? As its not through CSA I wasn't sure if I needed to go through to August? Thanks.
