Dear all,

just joined after receiving shock CMS letter. Toxic person unfortunately.
if I pay what CMS has calculated based on my gross income, can she ask for more?

I do not want anything to do with her ever if I can help it.

I get a salary from NHS, no bonuses and tax deducted at source. So calculation should be straight fwd as CMS says.

hi,

yes if you pay the amount worked out by CMS, you don't have to pay anything on top of that, and no need to contact your ex. make sure to set up a standing order/direct debit, that way you don't miss payments.

@bill337

thx bill…

I sent her a msg privately hoping to have a rational conversation and she asked for 110% per month of what CMS calculated… insane and toxic. really do not want anything to do with her
