Hi all,
Struggling to find any info online so though this to be a good forum to try. Simplified version below:
Court order in place since 2019
Child hasnt stayed as per order since 2021 however I have wanted them to.
Was I court for an enforcement order as in my opinion this has been driven by RP not encouraging our relationship.
Section 7 report requested by judge. I know this will mean my child will not be coming to stay anymore as he says he doesn’t want to see me.
Child maintenance has been paid as per the CMS’s calculation based on the court order.
Can the CMS or the court back date this as the child has not been staying?
Please let me know if there are any particular questions.
Thank you
hi,
I think it's unlikely they will backdate the payments. they normally only make changes as soon as a parent reports a change.
