Hi there , I am new to this group just wanted to know at what age do I pay CM if my kids are being home schooled ( not for a minute I think they are receiving education at all )
hi,
Child maintenance rules still apply if kids are home schooled, please see:

Hi. My kid is being homeschooled also (by her mother and also not receiving any decent standard). Important point is whether or not the child was being homeschooled before age 16? If yes then Child Benefit can be claimed by the parent up to the age of 20.
If CB is being claimed then you’ll still have to pay CM.
What I find repugnant is the amount of websites out there providing information to parents who homeschool their kids on how to ‘dress up’ the education they’re providing to achieve full CB for as long as possible.
My ex is pretending my daughter is homeschooled and is studying towards A-Levels. She most certainly is not.
