[Solved] Child Maintenance

Hiya guys, I need some assistance please.
So my 16 yrs finished school and has started an apprenticeship, at that point I stopped paying maintenance to my ex.
After speaking with my daughter she is now on about quitting the apprenticeship and going to college. Do I have to resume payments if this is something she decides to do.?
Thanks in advance.

I assume you aren't paying via CMS - generally approved apprenticeships still mean you have to pay chiild maintenance CMS would still have chased you. In answer to your question, then yes, you would still have to pay maintenance, it is worth checking the child maintenance calculator to see what you were paying compared to the amount CMS would calculate - if you were paying less, then it is in your advantage to agree to resume with the mother.
