Hi, I'm looking for some help and advice with my current situation. Me and my partner separated 2 years ago and we have two children together. We have 50/50 custody which is documented by a mediator, however she has contacted CSA claiming I have the children 0 nights. I've explain I have evidence of the 50/50 custody, split child expenses ect but because it's not a court order they aren't interested. I'm just looking for some help on what can be done.

That's very unfortunate. It sounds like you should consider getting a court order. I would avoid solicitors, too costly. You can self represent with right guidance. Feel free to send me private message if you need advice.
