Hi hope everyone is well just after some advise my ex is a drug addict and is trying to get more money though the csa I work away from home alot so don't take the kids overnight at all but always send them money when needed...also my parents take them at least 3 to 4 times a week and feed them is there any thing u can do...she has not spent a penny on the kids un over 3 three years.they are also on child protection register..any help would be greatful

unfortunately CMS won't reduce your payments if kids are not staying overnights. you could pay more into a pension and that would reduce your payments.
