Just had my initial call with the CMS, what a Jolly Bunch they are. They say they have pulled through my most recent earnings from the HMRC, but they have pulled through earnings details from the tax Year 2015 - 16 which is ridiculous. Surely they should have taken into account the last tax year?
What can I do to get this sorted, the guy on the phone says there is nothing that can be done.
Hi there
I'm sorry I don't know a great deal about this, if the difference between the last two years of earnings is 25% or more, then you can ask for a review, but otherwise I think it might be something you will have to take on board for the next year, until the new figures can be looked at...I could be wrong, hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along shortly.
