I am going through major issues with child maintaince basically i had a claim against me approx 4yrs ago disputed via dna due to nature of the break up the other parent refused 3 appointments case closed. Then last year another claim against me same child and other parent from day 1 last yr i explained tho them about this now am in arrears and if the other parent refuses dna the case closed but i still habe the arrears to pay i have another child they csnt find in the system they dont listen they are profiteering from mental emotional stress from dads i asked anout the arrears answer its the legislation take it up with my mp but the best 1 is i asked if the child is mine am not allowed to see what helpnis there answer nothing to do with us

sorry to hear. I suggest you get your MP involved and ask them to raise complaint with CMS. do you have a child benefit letter for your other child that lives with you? if so, you should upload it om your CMS account to report a change/special expense.
and about spending time with child, this is a separate issue that CMS don't deal with unfortunately. general they would tell you to seek legal advice/apply to court.

Hi thanks i have the letters stating your case is closing due to the parent with care being non complient in regards to the dna test due to this we have no evidence to show you are/are not the childs father undern section 16 of childs support act 1991 case closed from 2017
