Can anyone help. If I get joint custody 50/50, who will be entitled to tax credits and child benefits. I earn a lot more than my ex se earns 18500 I earn 45,000

As I said before, I don’t think this will be something you need to worry about, the chances of you getting 50/50 shared care are remote.
