My daughter has been taken to Australia by her mother and new husband. Am I still obligated to pay maintenence via the CSA as they are chasing me.?

Hi

I would speak to the CSA and explain, but the bottom line is that there is a reciprocal maintenance agreement with Australia, so you do still have to pay - you just need to make sure that the money you are paying is taken account of.
