The CSA have, without warning changed the payment type from directpay to standing and of course added 20% for the priveledge.

There are only 6 payments left before the end of the agreement.

If I pay all 6 payments directly to the ex can they stay enforce their 20% charge?

Yes, 2, but I am including them in the 6 remaining payments.

I am self employed therefore my income can be errattic.
