[Solved] Challenging the CSA via the Courts -Quashing Order

Hello...

Has anyone experience of challenging the CSA using a Quashing Order ... ?

I believe a Quashing Order can't be granted in a County Court ...only an Admin Court or Court of Appeal.

I ask, as I am trying to overturn a Final Order, the figure(s) of which are incorrect. I have an appeal with the HM Trib Services, but no date has been fixed yet, typically they take an age arrange.

Any practical suggestions, much appreciated, perhaps someone has experience of this. I'm more interested in hearing from someone who has actually challenged either an Interim Order and/or a Final Order via a County County ...Admin or Court of Appeal.... It appears very few people seem to challenge the CSA via the courts (by courts I don't mean Tribunals)

Thanks .... BB
