Hi all 🙂 I want to just ask if any one actually knows what CSA mean when the send out their assesment letter saying how much child maintenance should be paid for your child and at the bottom it says ' the other parents income is of such we cannot count it in our workings out' something to that effect.

I keep telling them if my ex and her husband can see my net e.t.c why cant i see theirs, even though I believe she is not working and her husband is. I have presumed it means because my ex is not working (so i think) they wont show me her net. thanks guys your a great help on this site and so so so glad your all hear 🙂

Hi

I'm a little confused by this - can you say exactly what it says at the bottom, and are you the parent with care or the non-resident parent?

Hi Sorry I am the non-resident carer. It says ' the other parent is recieveing a type of benefit or income which we cannot use in the assessment.

many thanks
