Hi,
I just got a letter from CMS .Payments are calculated upon last financial year income.I can't afford to pay as I work on zero hours contract and this year, from January 2016, due to drastic reduction of hours my income fell down by 50%! I can't find another job though I try hard.
What can I do??

I think you would have to ask for a variation, generally if the change in income is 25% or more, they should agree to look at it again.

Best of luck
