[Solved] Can I take CMS to court?

Hi, I've been overpaying (£0000s). CMS told me to recover from ex as direct pay. Both daughters living with me now so no impact on them if I'm not paying ex. CMS told me to pay, so can I take them to court to recover my payments?
Any advice gratefully received!
Jon

I don't think you can, but you can ask your MP for help, they can contact the CMS on your behalf and also refer your case to the Parliamentary Omsbudsman.

This is quite old, but may be worth checking - if nothing else, might be worth an exploratory chat with the solicitors involved
