Asking for a recalculation

Last year I got a child arrangement order for my son he is now staying with me for two nights every fortnight and also one night mid week on the alternating weeks which is amazing 😀

I’ve worked out it should be 113 nights a year.

I am still paying child maintenance based on him not staying at all so not sure if I should be contacting the CMA to ask for my payments to be adjusted?

Any advice much appreciated guys!

Hi

have you used the government calculator for CSA payments?

If you have your child more during holidays, don’t forget to add these to overall total.

hi,

if your paying through CMS then yes you should contact them and send them the court order, and ask for shared care overnights to be recalculated.
