Hello all,
I’m just registered after searching various forums and found this one to be pretty good, so here goes....
I’ve been dealing with CSA and CMS for over 10 yrs and to be honest I’m no further on now as I was then!!
I have an arrears figure if £13,700 which has not changed in the duration of the case!!
I’ve been subjected to a DOE order where the CSA have had full control of my money and distributed my money accordingly to both my children. I have since November 18 been paying direct with the arrears calculated within my monthly payments to which I’ve been paying £720 pm! To which £200 of this goes towards the arrears.
Since November 18 I’ve paid £900 off the arrears so my question is if anyone has been in the same predicament, where has my money gone over the past 9 yrs which has been in full control of the CSA!
Confused, frustrated.......
Hi there
I wish I had an answer for you!
I would conduct all communications with them in writing, and I would ask for a detailed breakdown of the amount of arrears that they say you have and also what payments they say they have received from you.
If you can’t get a satisfactory answer from them I would appeal their decision and go and see your MP to ask for their help. You must be at your wits end with it!
Best of luck
