Anyone know what will happen to arrears under the new system especially if you are not subject to a DEO or enforcement action?

hi there,
If you take a look at the top of the Child Maintenance section you will see a sticky called "Changes to the CSA in 2014". There's plenty of info there and you should be able to find the answer to your question.
