Spurgeons and Dad.Info doesn’t investigate reports of abuse or neglect. But below, you can find advice on who to contact if you have concerns about a child or young person.
Reporting a concern
It can be difficult to know what to do if you think a child is at risk. It’s important to remember that if you’ve spotted things that don’t seem right, others will have too. Speaking up can make sure that child gets help as soon as possible.
The sooner you contact your local children’s social care duty team, the quicker they can act. They’re available 24 hours a day, and can make an anonymous report if that feels safer. If a child is in immediate danger, please call the police straight away by dialling 999.

Hi all,
More guidance please.
Looking through the CSA bumf it seems that the amount payable is based on gross income from my employment.
There is a section on variations where the recieving parent can make the CSA aware of any other income such as pensions however if I read it correctly only f they are over £100 per week.
I currently recieve an armed forces invalidty pension of £75 per week.
My questions; Do I add this as gross income or leave it out?: If my ex informs the CSA which Im sure she will will it be considered as it is less than £100 per week?
Regards,
Dave
I've read that previously - the way I read it (could be wrong though) is that its ignored if its your only income. I'd say its worth speaking to the CSA and if possible, get their reply in writing if it's excluded.
Called the CMS and they are getting back to me.
Seems a grey area asi it is not taxed.
I will update when I get a response.
Regards,
Dave
CMS have confirmed that an Armed Forces Invalidity Pension is NOT included in the CMS calculation.

Dave
