Hi all looking for info .. basically I pay the csa direct from my wages .. and as I open my wage slip this month notice no payment has been taken from the csa .. so I contact them and ask why ..they are there usual useless set up ..and all yhey can tell me is there investigating the JH payments and will get a call bk within next 5 days sigh

Definitely put aside the money - have you been contacted to say that the case is being transferred to the CMS?

Just been on too them ..as case worker did not call me back .. and the guy on phone could only tell me limited info but it appears i have overpaid but do not know by how much untill speak too case worker .. .... and yes my case is is moving over too CMS ..as for the overpayment error I'm guessing this is a mistake on csa part

I'm guessing this is an issue they have picked up, whilst they do the paperwork to transfer you, at least it's an over payment not an under payment that you would have to find, hopefully you get the money back or that they transfer the credit you have built up accross to CMS.

I really dislike the way this organisation works ..as they now owe me money can not seem too get in touch with the case worker ..it's very different when there chasing dads for money tho

Anyone else been in this situation ..how do repayments of overpayments work .. do they repay in one lump sum then chase her for it or do they make the ex pay me bk from the start ..thanks for any help

At this stage, your best bet would be trying to get your local MP on board for help, most are quite good with these type of issues. I've had a look around online but couldn't really find anything to help!

Well shock horror the case worker actually called me back ..and it seems they took an extra payment which will be bk in my account within the next week or two and the larger of the amounts between 7 n 10 weeks as they have too chase her for that ..see what happens there as she is claiming benefits
