Given the CSA are peddling the idea that as from last June, those on CSA1 or CSA2 will migrate to CSA3 I was wondering if anyone has actually migrated onto the new system, when they received notice of that, what the letter said etc. I do not mean where the PWC has requested a move, but where a move has been generated by the CSA themselves.
I find it 'amusing' that the CSA are incapable to transfer cases at the touch of a button and we have to wait for a period of 3 years to achieve a migration; totally shambolic. Or should I say perhaps it is the feared back lash from other parties that these mandarins and alleged representatives of ours fear for not speeding up such a move.
As a 50/50 shared care Father I obviously have a financial interest in not paying money that should not ethically be paid given we both parent 50/50 an exact split. I
I have not heard of a single case migrating, I also note the [censored] up the CSA made last time they indicated a 'system' move: that CSA1 patrons would migrate to CSA2; for some I believe it never happened,
There appears to be a rationale of shifting cases from the old to the new which looks as those who have failed to pay CSA will be moved forward, whilst I can understand this, again having paid and complied I am being treated badly yet again.
I think there is one dad on here who has moved from CSA2 to CMS. There aren't too many on here who are on CSA1.
