Need help message sent said gone as spam .Please need advice non paying parent employer did not uphold DEO nothing done and now to avoid it again gone self employed in workplace already in .Even men who on benefits if decent dads pay please help !!

You need to keep chasing the CSA up to keep them on his case - they have more powers to get arrears from him and make him pay when he should do, and they should also be penalising his employer for not acting on the DEO. Try to stay calm when you speak to them, they don't act too quickly, though they are closing cases and transferring them to CMS, so they are trying to clear up backlogs where possible.
