Hi everyone.
I’m new to this forum. Hopefully someone
Can advise me.
Received letter from CMS. Yesterday
Stating I ow £512 from over 10 years ago.
Plus received a registered letter from
X. Saying if £512 not paid in 14 days
She taking me to court herself.
Rung CMS. Not very helpful
I disputed the amount &. Have asked for
Wear these areas. Have come from.
Informed it can take 3months
To receive information from them.
I am currently married with young children
Myself. This stress dragged back up
All by a greedy x.
Plus me not working at moment.
So can she take me to court separate
From case.
Any advice would be appreciated.
If CMS are dealing with the case, and it sounds as if they are, then your ex can't do anything as far as I am aware. Even if she could, to take you to court, she would need evidence to back this up, and I assume she hasn't got anything more than you have.
Thanks for reply.
All my x has is letter
Of CMS. Saying I
Ow her £512.
Thought I was past
cSA. It ended 2011
Paid for years.
Treated like dirt by
cMS . Very stressful
