Hi

My daughter has completed A levels. However, she did not get the grades she wanted has decided to resit via an online course for one of the exams. She is not returning to full time education and she is 18.

I am under the assumption that my payments should stop September 2019. Am I still liable to pay child maintenance if she is doing an online course?

Many thanks who can answer this

My reading of the rules is that your daughter should be in full time SUPERVISED study during term times. This is more than 12 hours per week.

hi,

sounds like she has finished A-levels and just re-sitting as optional thing. have you spoke to CMS about this?
