I am on allowance based pay which means I get a basic pay which is topped up with allowances. At the moment I am on sick leave which means I only get my basic pay which is more than 25% less than with allowances.
Am I therfore entitled to reduce the CSA payments for the months I'm off sick?
I tried to get in touch with child maintenance options but can't get hold of anyone .....
Any info is greatly appreciated
