Any advice is welcome on this. I won a Tribunal ruling 4 months ago on incorrect income being used at the time of my CMS annual review. CMS has failed to correct it, despite numerous letters and calls. My MP wrote to them 4 weeks ago and had no response. I've written to HMCTS too and again no response. I have followed up without any response.
What should I do next? A Contempt application seems a big move but unsure what other course of action I can take if they are not acting on a tribunal ruling.

I suggest you follow up with MP again and ask them to chase CMS for update.
if you received tribuna papers with outcome, you should be able to upload documents to your online CMS account.
