Hi All.

I am really struggling with CMS.

I have my daughter Thursday afternoon to Monday morning every week. I have informed CMS of this multiple times but because my ex will not admit this to them they refuse to make any changes on my case and tell me i have to prove i have her this often to even look into it.

How can i possibly prove it to them? The upload evidence part of the website makes you confirm there are no pics of children so dated pics are out of the question and my ex isn't daft enough to text me saying she is staying.

On top of this i managed to get my ex to agree i have my daughter 2 nights a week about 18 months ago but sometime between then and now she has changed this back to me not having her at all! Funny thing is CMS changed this without contacting me to check it was correct!

Why is it they (CMS) will take my ex's word but i have to have proof? Seems like massively double standards.

Do i have any rights?

All advice welcome. Please help!

Hi,

How old is child? Cms like to see court order that confirms living arrangements. This is something you may have to consider.

@bill337  Hi. She is 10 and I doubt I could afford the court costs. Thanks for your reply I will have a look at some local family law solicitors
