@bill337 so it's that easy to aquire parental responsabilities eve if the mother doesn't want nothing to do with you.. Not even money.. You just have to fill some forms.. Pay some fees.. And you need patience and time.. Even if you don't care about that child.. You can easily ask for rights.. Just to show that you exist
