I divorced my ex wife 8 years ago. My 2 oldest Sons now work and while one lives me when he's home (he's a Marine), the oldest lives 40 miles away, but is fine. All through the time after I left, all their Child maintenance was paid, without fail.
As was that for my Daughter, now 16 and living with the ex wife. 4 years ago, the ex, her new husband and my daughter moved to Cyprus and came back 18 months ago. Apologies for the boring intro details but feel it relevant to the main issue.
When the divorce was settled, I was left with £15,000 from the sale of our home, which sold for £200,000.
But now, the CSA are after me again for more money. I have absolutely no contact with my Daughter as she has been brainwashed by my ex, lost my job in February this year, and having set up my own business, am really struggling with money due to the economic climate. I am lucky, very lucky in that my second wife has a very good job, nice home which we now need to sell, and despite filing accounts for my business, the persistence of my ex goes on and on.
Any advice on any rights I have in relation to seeing my Daughter, whether her claim is still valid or not would be welcome.
