I am a little confused I have 50/50 share care of my son but I still have to pay hundreds every month the olny reason that I can find out is that she claims for the chilb benefit? my oldest son lives with my all the time but because my ex wife works under 16 hours a week she gives me about £30 a month back to my oldest son. I really don't understand how this is right.
