[Solved] 50/50 Do you have to pay Child Maintenance

Hi,
I'm trying to research whether you have to pay child maintenance if both parents have equal 50/50 custody.

A friend in a similar position says he doesn't have to pay and I'd like to try and confirm this.

Or could it be the difference if you calculate paying each other?

All help grateful received.

hi,

Q: What happens if the day-to-day care of a child is equal between a
paying parent and a receiving parent?

A: In this situation, the paying parent does not have to pay any child
maintenance for that child.
