[Solved] 1st teir tribunal

Hi all, I have just been issued 1st teir tribunal notification from my x. She delivered a copy by hand to my doorstep last thur (I'm selfisolating, so she automatically violated the gov advice on social distancing).
The basics: We hadn't spoken for 3yrs.we dated 7 months. I'm not on birth certificate. I had a private dna test. Me/family never seen my son. I've paid appropriate cms payments as requested. I'm selfemployed and low earner (by choice). I have no other children. She was 43 when got pregnant and you don't get pregnant at that age by accident.

She has 4 appeals lodged with CMS that I haven't declared full income to avoid maint, going back to pre-birth of son!! All rejected by cms and an investigation by the financial investigation unit.

This wkend she sent letters to people I did work for asking for evidence of how much I got paid etc etc. Breach of data protection laws. They were all most unhappy at her contact.

I am willing to send the last 4 years of my financial details to hrmts, but concerned it may not be secure handing my whole life over.

There is a harrassement case forming with the police against her behaviour.

My main question is - do I have to actually do anything even as the cms have rejected her appeals as could provide no evidence back then and still won't be able to.

Shaun
Ps: and yes she was a lawyer yrs back.

hi,

does the tribunal paperwork ask you to submit any documents? they will probably want to see some tax returns.

Yes, last four yrs of all Bank/visa statements, business reciepts, invoices, expenses, tax returns... This alone is a massive task!! Especially as all company's are stretched to the extreme. I have told hrmts it may take some time, over the timescale they give.

I've never met or seen him.

Obviously when she appealed cms decisions as to maint levels she had to provide evidence of why, she couldn't, so they rejected her appeal - on each 4 appeals.

Same will occur here as there's nothing to substantiate her claims - such as I have a 2nd home I rent out, I have other sources of earned or unearned income, I work 6days/wk on £160/day...£49000.00 per Yr as a landscape gardener labourer!!!!!!
