Tbh, as long as she manages her finances, monthly should also be good for her as she gets the funding up front..

 

If it was me I'd say as you've suggested, that it's CMS recommended, let her go through liaising with CMS, will take her forever to query and sort by which time she will probably give up and accept monthly anyway... Also no harm reminding her if she kicks off that she was the one who went to CMS and changed things and explain that you have to do things the CMS way now as otherwise they can enforce against you etc etc..

Exacley nice thanks for message I'm guessing its also down to how you get paid monthly paid pay monthly, weekly paid pay weekly,fortnightly workers pay every 2 weeks etc
