My ex=wife has just stopped me from having my boys for a third week during the summer holidays as she has booked a holiday with her boyfriend. Although there is nothing in the family agreement she knows what she has done. I will not now see my children for four weeks of the summber holiday.
What can I do?

Being simplistic, you can either try to negotiate some extra time in return, or if she won't be reasonable, and you think it may repeat in the future, then you can go for mediation, or ultimately for a contact agreement. I'd have a read of yoji's guides at the top of the legal section to give you an idea of the processes involved.
