I want to do a course as I've been advised to do then before the court date in Sept ,, But not sure what course to apply for all I know is that it is a 4 hour course??
And any more courses or things you think would be of help to me pls tell me...cheers again folks
You could try contacting CAFCASS AND ASKING IF THERE ARE ANY SPIPs courses that are available. SPIP stands for Separated Parents Information Programme.
You could also try calling your local Social Services and asking them if they have a list of any parenting courses in your area. Googling parenting courses might also be helpful.
All the best
Hi There,
Fellow dad, as Mojo said a SPIP course is four hours but this is usually suggested by Cafcass that both parents attend, i attended one myself as part of court process back in Feb. Other courses could be parenting classed or such like? depends on what your looking for and who suggested it to you?
