hi,

how has your case gone so far? some dads have managed to do alright without a lawyer. some got crappy orders by representing themselves. maybe you could consider hiring one for your next hearing. can get one for £500

Hi where does one get a good barrister for £500 to represent you?

Guys, save yourself money and self represent. Deny all allegations and talk about the child interests, be polite and stay firm. The court tend to ask most parties for a statement after every other hearing, you can write this up yourself with a family member/friend and something they will not read anyway.

Never use barristers/solicitors in family courts , you are throwing your money away.

Hi RyanManc

Is it a anger management course or a domestic violence course they are suggesting you do?

If the allegations are false and you dont need an anger management course than dont worry.

Just focus on doing what you believe is the right thing
